The beauty of EOS is that we all work from the same playbook and speak the same language. Offering fractional integrator services for any industry shouldn't be an issue for a company that has adopted the EOS approach. I have experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, education, religious institutions, non-profit groups, wholesale, and shooting sports.

EOS Pure vs. EOS Lite

Historically, when presenting truth to a person or culture, it’s not far behind that the anti-truth quickly follows. Such is the case with EOS.

Some individuals, firms or companies have embraced what I call EOS Lite. That is, they pick and choose from the Entrepreneurial Operating System® what best suits their needs but don’t fully embrace the whole system. Let me be obvious – that is not me, nor what I offer.

I believe the authors of EOS collaborated so their concepts, tools, and processes were mutually inclusive and would break down if anyone removed even one aspect. Therefore, EOS adequately understood, implemented, and integrated into one’s business is that which embraces 100% of its teachings and principles. I call this EOS Pure.

If you’re looking for an Integrator that will work with you to adopt some of the EOS concepts, that’s not me. I’m a purist. Imperfect, yes, but always striving to cross the T’s and dot the I’s, being the best Professional EOS Integrator possible.

Definition of Terms

Visionary: This is the big cheese, the CEO who started the business and envisioned what could be. This person is half of the company’s brain.

Integrator: This is the detailed person, the COO, who works with the visionary, ensuring things get done and there is harmony in the organization. They work IN the day-to-day operations of the business. They are the other half of the company’s brain.

EOS Implementer®: This outside consultant helps the organization understand the nuts and bolts of EOS, allowing them to implement the EOS Process® into their organization. If you’re working with someone other than a Professional, Certified, or Expert EOS Implementer, you are most likely experiencing EOS Lite.
