THE DISCOVERY CALL

WHAT THE HECK AM I GETTING INTO?

The reason for a 30-minute Discovery Call is so we both can meet without commitment.

If they choose, it's a short opportunity to have a remote meeting with me to see if there is a fit. You've heard that a relationship between a Visionary and an Integrator is like a marriage. So, this will be our first date to get an introduction, and we can see where it goes from there. The cost is your time and transparency.

If we decide there's not a fit - no worries. We encourage each other and go our separate ways. If we think there might be a fit, we schedule a second discovery call - whatever it takes to get clarity. If we decide there is a fit, then we determine the following:

What are your priorities?
How many hours per week does your company require?
How much time do you need on-site?
When are your L10s and regulate meetings with teams?
Identify the ideal times/days for this time-valued engagement.

After our call, I'll email you with a quote for services within 24 hours.

THE COST

Costs are based upon blocks of hours provided to your company each week.

These hours are billed monthly and paid in advance for the first month.

If either party decides that the V/I relationship is not working out, there’s a change in business direction, or for whatever reason, then either party will provide a 30-day notice to the other party, and the business relationship will end. Easy peasy.

You can pay by ACH, Venmo, or Secure site.

THE COMMITMENT

Implement The 5 Rules and review The 5 Tools within the first two weeks of engagement.

The goal is to identify your company's gaps, roadblocks, and successes and build from there.

Within the first 30 days, we should know whether we're on-track or off-track in syncing up as a Visionary/Integrator team.

To maximize success and provide the most significant ROI, we need 100% transparency and honesty. Therefore, I commit to doing whatever is in the best interests of you and your company.
