​An Integrator functions as a COO within companies utilizing the EOS philosophy when running your business.
I'm a Professional EOS Integrator who offers time-valued engagements to business owners. I work with business owners to integrate all the facets of their business to make their vision a reality. Like two halves of one brain, the Visionary and Integrator work together towards a common goal.
CONTRACT WORK

Revenue between $3-$250m.

In the process of finding their perfect full-time Integrator.
What type of contract?

A Statement of Work (SOW) is offered in 90-day chunks, with a 6-month minimum for new clients.

How does It work?
Schedule a free Discovery Call. A Discovery Call is a remote meeting to see if a fit exists. There's no payment required for this 30-minute meeting, but there are three possible outcomes:

We determine there's not a fit. No worries. We encourage one another on this journey. If I know another Fractional Integrator that may be a better fit, I'll put you in touch with that person.

We think there may be a fit, but we need further discovery.

We believe we are a good fit and proceed to determine how best to work together.

SUPPORTING EOS IMPLEMENTERS
Implementers are the lifeblood of EOS. They orient companies on EOS and help them adopt all of its facets into their business. Working directly with EOS Implementers allows for the smooth execution of the EOS approach within a Visionary's company.

A PROFESSIONAL EOS INTEGRATOR

Faithfully executes the business plan, achieving or exceeding planned P&L objectives.

Leads manage and hold the leadership team accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments.

Integrate all primary operating functions of the business. Ensures everyone is rowing together in the same direction. Models the way, always working toward the greater good of the company.

Resolves issues effectively – seeing real problems, being comfortable with conflict, calling out the issues, and solving them practically and healthily. Ensures the leadership team is healthy, functional, and cohesive.

Ensures that everyone is consistently following and adhering to the company’s core processes and operating system. Like a wizard, he demonstrates practical project management skills.

Dependably demonstrates a relentless obsession with values alignment, focus, simplicity, and clarity.

Effectively collaborates with the Visionary and stays on the same page with mutual respect. Realizes the visionary's unique contributions and ideas and possesses an ability to filter and translate those ideas into operational plans for the company.

Confirms that all key messages are correctly and consistently cascaded across the organization. This inherently ensures that everyone is in the know and verifies that a high level of effective communication exists throughout the organization.
